We are using the ENCI module for entries to the FMBB World Dog Show.

To use this, you must first create an account with ENCI services (for security).

You can do that on this page: https://show.enci.it/en-GB/Account/Register

After confirming your account, you can then register as a participant on this page: https://show.enci.it/en-GB/Show/Details/9704. On this page, choose your exhibition, log in and register.
